World Corporate Golf Challenge (WCGC) are pleased to confirm the newest license holders of the world’s largest amateur corporate golf event. SHF Golf Events from Luxembourg will be running WCGC qualifying events throughout the 2014/15 season building up to the 2015 World Final in Cascais, Portugal.
SHF Golf Events started business in 2011. Owners Marc Houben and Michael Andre, both golf lovers who noticed that there was a lack of golf events in their territory, decided to launch their own tournament, The Ardennes Golf Trophy. The first two editions of the event were a huge success with the last event hosting 140 players (70 teams) and providing those in attendance with a truly unique and special experience. Given the success of the first two seasons, in 2013, SHF decided to develop more events. Encouraged by several companies who wanted to entrust them with the organization of their golf days and other events and / or incentives, the business has steadily grown. In 2014 SHF Golf organized seven major events over 40 days of competition in Belgium, Luxembourg and France. SHF Golf is now looking forward to developing the World Corporate Golf Challenge.
