Otakar Rezek and Abigail Mastroianni have won the WCGC Israel National Final 2026 after a dramatic playoff at Caesarea Golf Club, earning the right to represent Israel at the World Corporate Golf Challenge World Final in Beijing, China.
WCGC Israel National Final 2026 at Caesarea Golf Club
The two-day competition was played on 30–31 August at Caesarea Golf Club, the home of championship golf in Israel, bringing together corporate golfers for two days of competition on the Road to Beijing.
This was the first edition of the event in Israel, staged after the Israel Golf Association joined the World Corporate Golf Challenge as Executive Partner for Israel in 2026. The partnership with the Israel Golf Association (IGA) opened a brand-new market on the global WCGC circuit and gave Israeli executives and entrepreneurs a direct pathway to the world stage.

A playoff decided the Israeli champions
After two closely contested rounds, Otakar Rezek, Global CEO of SodaStream, and Abigail Mastroianni finished with a combined score of 82 Stableford points, putting them at the top of the leaderboard.
But their place at the World Final was far from decided. Otakar and Abigail finished level on 82 points with Israeli Champion Dor Hacham and Shay Ben David, taking the title into an exciting playoff.
With the title and a place in Beijing at stake, Rezek and Mastroianni eventually prevailed to become the 2026 World Corporate Golf Challenge Israel champions, and with it the honour of representing their country on the international stage.

Team Israel joins the Road to Beijing
The Israeli champions will now join national winners from more than 30 countries at the WCGC 2026 World Final in Beijing, China.
The World Final Week runs from 19 to 23 October 2026 at Beijing Qinghe Bay Golf Country Club, with the championship rounds played on the members-only Chaoyang Course. Registration and a practice round open the week, before two rounds decide the 2026 World Champions.
For the Israeli champions, Beijing is the final destination of a journey that began at Caesarea Golf Club — and the chance to combine high-level amateur competition with an international environment for business, networking and new connections.
What the result means for corporate golf in Israel
Beyond the trophy, the result gives the Israeli business community a permanent place on a circuit that has been connecting companies through golf since 1993. Every national qualifier feeds the same global stage, so a pairing from Caesarea now competes alongside teams from Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas.
For the companies involved, the value of corporate golf lies in the format itself: two colleagues, clients or partners playing together over two days, with time and context that no meeting room offers. This event is the competitive peak of that idea in Israel — and, from 2026, the entry point to the World Final.
