On 6 September 2023, the prestigious Sentosa Golf Club in Singapore hosted the grand celebration of the 30th anniversary of the World Corporate Golf Challenge (WCGC). The event drew participation from 36 enthusiastic participants who competed, while 60 esteemed guests joined the celebratory dinner, making it a truly memorable occasion.
The World Corporate Golf Challenge unites golf enthusiasts worldwide in pursuing golfing excellence and camaraderie. Acknowledged as the largest corporate golf tournament globally, it has become a sporting and professional prowess symbol. This year, the launch of the World Corporate Golf Challenge in Singapore brought together a diverse group of executives from both local and international companies to compete for the opportunity to represent Singapore at the esteemed World Final course.
World Corporate Golf Challenge Singapore has demonstrated its commitment to golf and a noble cause by partnering with Community Chest. A significant portion of the registration fees and cash sponsorships for the event was donated to Community Chest, ensuring that the impact of this tournament extended far beyond the greens.

This memorable day included activities such as lunch, tee-offs, cocktails, and dinner, fostering a sense of corporate camaraderie and celebrating the spirit of golf. Despite the event’s modest scale, a remarkable $25,000 was raised for Community Chest, which serves as the philanthropy and engagement arm of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS). This generous contribution underscores our dedication to making a positive difference in the community.

As we bid farewell to this year’s event, our anticipation grows for the winning team at the World Final from 2 to 6 October 2023 at Golf Costa Adeje in Tenerife, Spain. We also look forward to the next World Corporate Golf Challenge Singapore around Jul-Aug and the prospect of holding World Corporate Golf.
